We use the term “recreational vehicles” to distinguish them from the personal vehicle or vehicles that you and your spouse use for daily and routine personal transportation needs.
Unlike a sedan or a motorcycle that you use to get to work, to the store, to take the kids to school, recreational vehicles have a more specialized and limited use. They are principally for fun. Motorhomes, dirt bikes, four wheelers, ATVs. Boats and personal watercraft. Some families may even own small airplanes that they use not for business but for recreational purposes.
